In 1999, we the coaches of Texas gymnastics, decided to recognize all senior (12^th grade) athletes that have competed in our programs in the great state of Texas. Each athlete will be recognized and awarded a plaque at the grand march-in of the class 5 through elite state meet. In order to receive this plaque and be recognized a coach must submit this form to the state chairman at least 2 weeks prior to the state championships.
