Updates for Website

Kevin will update rules and Policies.   State Meet results will be archived for the past ten years.  State meet directors info page will be added.  Coaches and Club information needs to be able to be updated by filling out a form online.

 

Newsletter insert for Invitational Meet Programs

A one-page newsletter/information page for meet directors to add to their meet programs will be made available on the web.  The letter will give accomplishments of athletes and coaches in the state as well as news for the upcoming year.   The letter will be written by Bill and signed by Kevin.

 

Bret gives report on Level 4-5 North State.

Motions for Voting

Level 4, 6-7yr old Team Award:

At the Level 4/5 North and South State Meets the Level 4, 6-7yr old age group be split into two separate age groups for the team award.

 

Small Age Group Rule For State Meet:

In age groups with 2 or less athletes only All-Around Awards are given to all competitors, no individual event awards are given.

In age groups with 3-5 athletes All-Around Awards are given to all competitors, and only 1st place is awarded on each event. 

This applies to all levels and age groups at the three State Meets.

Judging Issues

We will no longer use a separate meet referee at any of the state meets.  One of the assigned judges will act as referee to handle any inquiries. 

 

A committee will be formed with Jerit as the chair to restructure judging fees for the state meets.
