Meeting Called to order at 1:00pm.

- Everyone updates addresses.

- GAT speakers gone over by Greg.

- Calender – 6-E State March 28^th-29^th, Regionals April 11^th-13^th, Level 4-5 States April 19^th-20^th, High School State May 1^st-3^rd, JO Nationals May 7^th-11^th, Summer Business Meeting June 28^th

- Web Updates: Would like to have virtual entry form for State Meets. Email Addresses need to be current.

- Coaches must attach a gym roster and coaching roster from the USAG website to act as a verification of membership, and prevent meet directors from having to research it.

- Must resend our Small Age Group Awards rule from last year.

- Changes for Level 4 & 5 State Meet: Discussion of Awards Systems, Discussion of Entry Fee( Motion $60 Level 4/5 and $70 Level 6-Elite) (Motion $8 Adult, $4 Children for Level 6-Elite) (Motion $6 Adult, $3 Children for Level 4/5 State) (Preschool is Free) (Senior Citizen pay Student Rate)

- Coach of the Year Awards: Discussion Tabled until Summer Meeting tomorrow.
