Entry Form: All entry forms must be typed. Clubs must use the official State Meet Entry Form, on website, or the new State Meet Entry Form enclosed.
No entry will be accepted unless it is filled out correctly and accompanied with a check. (One check per gym).

State Age Groups: Level 4 – (6), (7), (8-9), (10+)
Level 5 – (7-8), (9), (10-11), (12+)
Team Age Groups: Level 4 – (6 & 7), (8-9), (10+)
Level 5 – (7-8), (9), (10-11), (12+)
Awards: Individual Awards: Achievement awards on all 6 events will be presented to the top athletes in each age group and level as follows: Top 5 – Gold Medals, 6-10 Silver Medals, 11-20 Bronze Medals. Ties will be broken using the USA-G tie breaking procedure. Smaller age groups will have fewer awards.

Around: All around awards will
follow the
Team Awards: The top three scores on each event from the above team groups will be counted towards the team score. At least 50 % of teams in each age group will receive awards.
Participation Awards: All participants at the State Meet will receive a commemorative State Meet medal.
All medals will be supplied through the Texas State Chairman using the USA-G National State Meet Medal.
Meet Format: At this time we are planning on using a Conventional Format of warming up all 6 events and then competing.
Attire for Athletes: Level 4’s: Shorts, Team T-shirt or Gymnastics Jersey. Socks optional
No
competition pants or team warm ups are allowed!
Level 5’s: Competitive Shorts and Gymnastics Jersey - minimum. Competition pants and warm ups are optional. Socks must be worn with pants.
Awards: Please make sure your athletes are properly dressed for awards.
Coaches Dress: Please dress professionally. The Texas Rules and Policy for professional coaching attire is: No jeans, cut-off shorts, or sandals allowed. Collared shirts, team t-shirts or warm ups are permitted.
Equipment: AAI, Gym-trix and GMR Mushrooms
Admission: $6.00 for Adults -- $3.00 Children (6-12) -- Free Children under 6
Programs: A very nice commemorative program will be available for $3.00. Parents can purchase an ad or place good luck messages in the program for a nominal charge.
T-Shirts: 2006 State Championship T-shirts can be pre-ordered for $12.00 or purchased at the meet for $15.00.
Concessions: Concessions will be available at all sessions for your convenience.
Results: Results will be posted at the meet and on Regional and State web sites.
