Meet Format: Capitol Cup
Attire for
Athletes: Level 4: Shorts, Team T-shirt or Gymnastics
Level 5: Competitive Shorts and Gymnastics Jersey - minimum. Competition pants and warm ups are optional. Socks must be worn with pants.
Awards: Please make sure your athletes are properly dressed for awards.
Coaches Dress: Please dress professionally. The Texas Rules and Policy for professional coaching attire is: No jeans, cut-off shorts, or sandals allowed. Collared shirts, team t-shirts or warm ups are permitted.
Equipment: AAI and Nissen
Admission: $5.00 for Adults -- $3.00 Children (6-12) -- Free Children under 6
T-Shirts: Will be available on site along with other merchandise
Concessions: Concessions will be available at all sessions for your convenience.
Results: Results will be posted at meet and on Regional and State web site.
Hotel: Because of the 1 day meet, we do not have a host hotel. You can get rooms at the following hotels for very reasonable rates and within 5 miles of the competition.
